For almost 60 years, with a combined 140 years in hydraulics and education, Eaton instructors have made Eaton's Hydraulics Group Training Services the educational standard for the industry. Our technical training instructors are Fluid Power Power Society Certified Fluid Power Specialists and Accredited Fluid Power Instructors, ensuring consistent, innovative information.

Our program is based on decades of experience in the field of hydraulics, as well as feedback we receive from companies and their employees who are committed to offering the highest quality services available. We are continually taking great strides in progressive hydraulics education. Between our Eden Prairie, MN and Maumee, OH locations, we boast three state-of-the-art classrooms, and three fully equipped labs for hands-on training. Order & Manual Return Policies

ORDER POLICIES

  1. Orders are accepted by fax, e-mail or via the Internet.
  2. All orders of in-stock materials received by 1:00pm CST will be processed same day.
  3. Orders must include the following information to be processed:
    1. Ship To address
    2. Bill To address
    3. Phone Number
    4. Fax Number
    5. Contact Information
    6. Payment Information
      1. PO Number - hard copy of PO is required.
      2. Credit Card - American Express, MasterCard and VISA accepted. Information required includes credit card number, expiration date and name on credit card.
  4. Shipping and handling charges are quoted for Fed-Ex ground - unless instructed otherwise. Other shipping options will be quoted and applied at customer request.
  5. Discount Policy - For Manuals only , distributors, educational institutions and their respective bookstores are eligible for a 25% price discount on all quantities of 6 or more.

MANUAL RETURN POLICIES

  1. Manuals that qualify for return include the:
    • Industrial Hydraulics Manual, 5th edition
    • Mobile Hydraulics Manual, 2nd edition
    • Closed Loop Electrohydraulic Systems Manual, 2nd edition 1998
    • Bird Bones & Sludge: A Complete Guide to Hydraulic System Contamination Control, 1st edition 1996
  2. Shipments of manual returns must include written authorization from Eaton Fluid Power Training to be accepted for credit.
  3. Return Request must be made within 181 days of invoice date.
  4. To receive written authorization to return manuals:
    1. Manual return request must be from a paid invoice.
    2. Manuals must be in "like new" condition to be accepted and credited.
    3. Return requests for damaged manuals must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
    4. Return Request must be submitted in writing (via mail, fax or email) and include:
      1. Number of books to be returned.
      2. Eaton invoice number.
      3. Customer PO number or method of payment
      4. Reason for return
      5. Complete customer and contact information
  5. Upon receipt of return request and confirmation of paid invoice, an "Authorization to Return" form will be faxed to the customer.
  6. All authorized manual returns must include a copy of the "Authorization to Return" form.
  7. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  8. All manual returns meeting these requirements will result in a Credit Memo being issued to the customer account, less the 25% re-stocking fee (based on list price, not discount price).

Books MUST be bubble wrapped, laying cover/back down in the box in a tight fitting box. Books received in "like new" condition will receive full credit less the Restocking fee. Please note your credit amount if these instructions are followed. No credit issued for books received damaged.
